I wanted to make this cute toast for my breakfast this morning.
But my toast didn't come out right as I used the A grade egg. Haha
The egg was too big to fit in the center of the bread.

So here's the step-by-step:
1) Cut out the center of the bread with a heart shaped cookie cutter or using a sharp knife (I know my cut outs were not that neat.. Huhu)
2) Grease your non stick pan with a little bit of butter. Heat your pan with medium heat. Don't leave it to smoke.
3) Toast both sides of the bread to crunch
4) Once crunched, add in a little bit more butter and break the egg into the center of the bread and let the egg cooked a little. Flip to the other side and allow the yolk to cook.
5) Once the yolk is cooked, flip it back with the yolk facing up and add salt and pepper to taste (I skipped this one because I'm trying to reduce my salt intakes in my diet).
TADAA! Done. And in your mouth they go! Omnomnomnom
Owh and don't forget the use smaller grade eggs to make it fit to the center of the bread okay? You see how my egg overflown there right? You don't want that to happen..hehe
