Scrumptious Crunchy Salad

Hello Loves~!
Salad.
I looooove love my salad to be as crunchy as it can be.
But salad could get soggy, not crunchy and boring after a few days being stored in the refrigerator. *rolled eyes*
1 day,I went to Ikea (biasa la,dah lama meninggalkan KL duduk Ipoh..bila dapat datang KL, peghak nengok Ikea..ater,haruslah pegi walaupun sekejap kennn?)
As I was window shopping, I saw something interesting! Bwehehehehe *evil laugh*

It was THE SALAD SPINNER! Gosh!
"This is my saviour!"
"But what do I do with it?"
"Ahhhh..the hell?buy it lah! It's a good investment anyways"
Not expensive at all..I got it for only RM10 that time..
And there I went lalalalala back to Ipoh and as I was happily unpacking my stuff, I saw my salad spinner..I thought hard to myself..
"Seriously,WHAT DO I DO WITH THIS??"
"Owh never mind..I'll just keep this in the cabinet and tomorrow I'm gonna ask hubby to buy me salad at Jusco..hehe"
Which we ended up not buying it coz I've totally forgotten about it.
So,there it was sitting in the kitchen cabinet and I don't even know for how long it has been there.
Then 1 day I was doing house chores,I opened my kitchen cabinet and saw the salad spinner! It was like in the movies where you hear the Angelic sound when something wonderful is found?...errrr I don't know how to describe this exactly..but I know you guys know what I meant, right? hehe
I happened to have salad in the fridge that time which I got the day before (so,it was still fresh).

"Okay,let's try this"

1. I  began with washing the salads upside down
2. I put the just a couple of pieces per spin as it could not spin with too many pieces of salads in there
3. It did not dry off the salads completely. Now usually at this stage, most people will just store the salads in the fridge right after washing them. PLEASE TAKE NOTE,THIS IS WHERE THE SALAD GETS SOGGY PEOPLE!
4. I took kitchen towels and wrapped the salads to absorb excess water. Try and lay down the salads piece by piece on the kitchen towels and slowly roll to wrap. Do not just dump everything on the kitchen towels. Yeah,I know this could take awhile. Put it back in the salad box (trust me,it fits!). And of course store it in the fridge for a few hours just to let the cold temperature to dry up the excess water on the salads.
It will look something like this:

5. The next time u want to use it, just gently take out from the box and put it in your sandwich or salad bowl. And the next thing you know, you're already munching it! hah!
Hope this helps and good luck of course!
